10 weeks of coaching calls, with a group of individuals learning about how to improve and implement new habits and taking simple steps to transform their lives. This includes detailed education about all the lifestyle factors, sleep, movement, nutrition, breathing and stress management.
Intense 2 hours of coaching calls. This is for those individuals who already know what they want but feel a little stuck. They already know a lot and need a little nudge and support to get them going
– Pre-screening is required
