I had been trying to manage my blood pressure for several years. It was always something that I found difficult to come to terms with, as I believe that I shouldn't have difficulties with my BP because I ate well and exercised. It wasn't until I started having sessions with A Simple Step that I realised that my wellbeing wasn't just about eating and exercise.
